If you are serious about creating a blog and maintaining it over time you will need to find some sort of hosting package. There are literally hundreds if not thousands of hosting companies out there but how do you find the right one? In this post I will show you some things you might want to look into when you finally decide to find a web hosting company. I will also give you a list of recommended web hosting companies that I know of and have used before.

Price - When searching for a web hosting company you want to find something that has decent prices for what you are looking for. If you want a little bit more to offer in every area you will want a bigger price but if you want something small you should go with a lower priced web hosting deal. Basically don’t go with the lowest fees you can find, and don’t go with the highest. Find a balance with what you are looking for. Currently I pay $6.99 a month for web hosting and it provides me with more then what I really need.
