Welcome to what is going to be one day the best reference for learning how to become a full stack web developer online. This post is going to be LONG and eventually contain a lot of material on it.
On this page you will find me documenting my journey on becoming a full stack web developer completely from scratch. I wanted to do this to prove to you that anyone regardless of background or current knowledge can become a developer by learning online.
This is going to be a series that will most likely never end because of the fact that learning as a web developer truly never ends. You need to constantly be learning and trying new things. This is how you learn, you try, try, again, again, and then you try again, until you get it.
Because this is a work in progress this page will be updated as I go. I will build it out and eventually make everything flow better but for now I’m just be getting the content out there to you guys to consume and use to further your education in web development.
Alternatively you can read through this guide on this page as well and go through the video that way.
Let’s Get Started!
Episode #1 – Getting Started With HTML
In this first lesson we start off with the basics of HTML and do a little bit of CSS. I wasn’t too sure on where to began but we decided to start our journey by doing a little bit of Free Code Camp. FCC is a great resource for those starting off with web development however it does have its limitations.
This first video is a little bit longer than normal because of the fact that I used to upload the live streams as one video. Eventually I started to break these video up into smaller pieces of content that are easier to consume and upload to YouTube.
The course is a little bit outdated but still does a good job of introducing you to the basics of HTML and CSS.
